HPLC测定乳疾宁胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量

Determination of Salvianolic Acid B in Rujining Capsule by HPLC

摘要: 目的建立乳疾宁胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱：Agilent ZORBAX Eclispse XDB-C18柱（4.6 mm×150 mm，5 μm），流动相：甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水（28∶8∶1∶63），检测波长：286 nm。结果丹酚酸B在0.9～2.7 μg内呈良好线性关系，r=0.999 7，加样回收率平均为100.1%（n＝9，RSD＝2.2%）。结论本法灵敏度高、操作简便、结果准确，可用于乳疾宁胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量测定。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish the method for determining the concentration of salvianolic acid B in Rujining capsule by HPLC. METHODS Using Agilent ZORBAX Eclispse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) as chromatographic column,methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water（28∶8∶1∶63）as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 286 nm.RESULTS The standard curves of salvianolic acid B were linear in range of 0.9-2.7 μg,r=0.999 7.The average recovery of salvianolic acid B were 100.1%（n＝9，RSD＝2.2%）. CONCLUSION This method is sensitive,quick and accurate for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Rujining capsule.
