摘要: 目的　合成治疗胃溃疡及慢性胃炎的药物索法酮。方法　以对羟基苯甲醛和2 ,4-二羟基苯乙酮为原料,经烃基化、羟醛缩合、水解制得目的物。结果　每步均有改进,总收率达60.8% ,所得产品熔点、IR、1HNMR光谱数据与文献一致。结论　本工艺路线方法简便,原料易得,易工业化生产
