摘要: 目的:研究几种临床常用输液配伍后的稳定性。方法:用紫外分光光度法测定含量,并观察配伍后输液的外观、pH值、微粒的变化。结果:药物加入输液后其微粒数明显增加。结论:一次性输液器的终端滤过装置对减少不溶性微粒进入体内起重要作用
