消疤膏的含量测定

Assay of Xiao Ba cream

摘要: 目的:建立消疤膏的含量测定方法。方法:以氟尿嘧啶为主药组方,采用紫外分光光度法,在2 6 5nm波长处检测氟尿嘧啶含量。结果:线性范围是1～40 μg/ml,氟尿嘧啶的平均回收率为10 0 .70 % (RSD =1.6 6 )。结论:本制剂含量测定方法简便、准确。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE:To establish a method to assay Xiao Ba cream.REOHODS:The main ingredient of the cream is Composed of fluorouracil.Detection wave length was 265nm,the content of fluorouracil was determinated by ultavolet spectrophotometry.RESULTS:The linear rang
