摘要: 采用双波长薄层扫描法测定桑寄生、四川寄生、红花寄生中槲皮素的含量。方法简便、准确、无杂质干扰。槲皮素含量分别为0.027%、0.12%、0.31%,回收率分别为97.8%、98.6%,98.0%。
