摘要: 超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对小鼠和大鼠角叉菜胶足跖肿胀、大鼠巴豆油肉芽肿胀及佐剂关节炎肿胀等有明显抑制作用;具有保护环磷酰胺对小鼠降低白细胞的作用;对小鼠腹膜通透性有明显降低作用。SOD 毒性甚小,小鼠静注LD50为4.461g/kg。
